Elaborating a structural project is not a linear process or a straight path, it is an iterative process, mainly between architects and engineers. In addition, when searching for the best structural option, it is important to analyze different structural systems and construction materials. In the design process different factors are considered, such as, cost, constructability, durability, structural performance, etc.

Our philosophy is that a structural project shall include all structural details required for the construction, because we know that a missing detail can cause construction delays, and in some cases an over cost. In addition, when the project manager is coordinating the project on a BIM platform, we use REVIT for the structural project.
