Ruben Carrillo obtained the BSc. at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, and master’s degree in engineering in structural engineering at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (Campus Azcapotzalco). He has broad experience in the design of steel buildings and forensic engineering.
